Marvel’s Wolverine Has Given Us Sony’s Best-Looking PS5 Ever

Sony has announced a limited edition PS5 console bundle inspired by Marvel’s Wolverine, celebrating the PlayStation exclusive title’s launch next month. The Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle features yellow and black colors reminiscent of Wolverine’s iconic costume, with distinctive claw slash designs on both the console and accompanying DualSense controller. A roaring Wolverine graphic appears on the console’s upper third.

The bundle, priced at $650, includes a PS5 Digital Edition console paired with a matching wireless controller and download code for the game. Consumers who already own a PS5 can alternatively purchase $75 console cover plates compatible with both the standard PS5 and PS5 Pro models, offering flexibility for existing players.

The limited edition hardware launches on September 15, 2026, coinciding with Marvel’s Wolverine’s release date. Pre-orders begin the following week through the PlayStation Direct store and select retailers worldwide. This follows Sony’s successful limited edition consoles for previous Marvel games, including the Spider-Man series, establishing a tradition of celebrating major PlayStation exclusive titles with themed hardware.
