G2 and Wizards of the Coast Announce Jersey Partnership
Esports organization G2 and Wizards of the Coast have announced a long-term partnership integrating WotC gaming properties into G2’s esports apparel. The multi-property deal will feature various Wizards of the Coast franchises across G2’s esports jerseys.
The partnership launches with Exodus, an upcoming story-driven sci-fi action RPG developed by Archetype Entertainment, a Wizards of the Coast studio. Exodus will be the first game to feature on G2’s Counter-Strike jersey, with the branded jersey debuting at the Esports World Cup.
Wizards of the Coast publishes iconic franchises including Magic: The Gathering trading card game and Dungeons & Dragons tabletop RPG. This partnership expands WotC’s visibility within the esports community through G2’s competitive presence, while G2 gains advertising partnerships with major gaming publishers. The collaboration structure suggests multiple future opportunities for additional WotC properties to appear across G2’s various esports team jerseys.
