10 PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for August 2026 Announced
Sony has announced the August 2026 lineup for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers. The monthly selection includes Helldivers 2 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 for PS5, as part of Sony’s ongoing rotation of new titles across its subscription tiers.
Consistent with its recent release strategy, Sony is staggering game availability across different Tuesdays throughout the month, with separate rollout dates for the UK, USA, and Japan regions. This approach maintains regular engagement with subscribers throughout the month rather than releasing the full lineup simultaneously.
The inclusion of both a cooperative third-person shooter and a medieval RPG demonstrates PlayStation Plus’s commitment to offering genre diversity to its membership base. These monthly announcements have become a key part of Sony’s subscription service strategy, providing regular incentives for players to explore new titles within their subscription benefits.
