Liftoff posts $220m revenue in first results since IPO
Liftoff Mobile has posted strong financial results in its first earnings report since going public in June 2026. The mobile advertising platform reported $220 million in second-quarter revenue, representing 35% year-on-year growth and 7% sequential growth—marking the company’s eleventh consecutive quarter of revenue expansion.
The bulk of Liftoff’s revenue comes from core advertising services, which totaled $219 million and grew 36% year-on-year. The company’s profitability metrics also improved significantly, with adjusted EBITDA reaching $132 million—a 60% margin compared to 53% a year earlier. This margin expansion demonstrates that Liftoff’s revenue growth is outpacing its cost increases.
The company reported a GAAP net loss of $4 million for the quarter, though this was primarily driven by $45 million in non-cash charges related to its IPO and other capital markets activities, rather than operational losses. Free cash flow for the period was $50 million, indicating strong cash generation from operations. The results underscore Liftoff’s position as a profitable, growing player in the mobile advertising market despite the non-cash accounting impacts of its recent public offering.
