Testronic appoints Sonia Kerr as CEO, Sharon Baylay-Bell becomes company chair
Testronic has announced significant leadership changes, appointing Sonia Kerr as Chief Executive Officer. Kerr, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer at XR Games, brings extensive experience leading high-growth digital businesses through transformation and expansion initiatives. She succeeds Sharon Baylay-Bell, who has transitioned into the role of company chair.
During Baylay-Bell’s tenure as CEO, Testronic underwent notable strategic developments, including expansion of its global Centres of Excellence, introduction of a refreshed brand identity, and implementation of its “Player-Focused, Partner-First, and Outcomes-Led” strategic framework.
The reorganization extends beyond the chief executive role. Mike Fitzgerald has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), while Samantha Williams takes on the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). These appointments reflect the company’s continued focus on scaling operations and commercial performance within the interactive entertainment sector.
