‘Disney Dreamlight Valley’ Will Get Free ‘Lilo & Stitch’ and ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ Updates
Disney announced the complete 2026 content roadmap for Disney Dreamlight Valley during D23, the company’s annual fan event. The roadmap features a major expansion pack alongside two substantial free updates that will continue rolling out through the end of the year.
The free updates will bring content from two beloved Disney properties: Lilo & Stitch and The Nightmare Before Christmas. The updates also include cosmetic options inspired by Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire, allowing players to customize their characters with outfits from these popular Disney Channel shows.
A key highlight of the roadmap is a commitment to monthly character additions throughout 2026, ensuring regular new content for the player base. This steady cadence of updates reflects the game’s live-service development approach, providing ongoing reasons for existing players to return while potentially attracting new players through recognizable Disney intellectual property.
The detailed plans were unveiled during a dedicated Disney Dreamlight Valley panel at D23, Disney’s primary event for announcing major developments across its entertainment franchises.
