Esports Nations Cup: EA Sports FC Special Qualifiers Confirmed

The Esports Foundation has officially confirmed five additional players who have qualified for the Esports Nations Cup through special qualifier competitions. The newly certified competitors represent Jordan (Abuleil), Tanzania (Hermesking), Algeria (Wassimos_10), Senegal (DexXjunior), and Sudan (Arshe23).

These special qualifiers were established to provide pathways for players from countries and territories that did not qualify through the standard EA Sports FC qualification process. By offering alternative routes to competition, the tournament ensures broader international representation and accessibility for the global esports community.

The Esports Nations Cup will feature a total of 128 players competing from November 18-22. The initial 64 competitors were selected from the FC Pro World Rankings, with a limit of one player per country to ensure diverse representation. Combined with the five special qualifiers, the field is now complete and ready for the tournament.

Participants will compete in EA Sports FC 27, with a total prize pool of $600,000 at stake. This substantial tournament represents a key event in the esports calendar, bringing together elite FC players from around the world to compete at the highest level for their respective nations.
