Three Games Are Available Today Across Various Tiers Of Xbox Game Pass (August 19)
Three new games are now available on Xbox Game Pass as of August 19, with the additions spread across different service tiers. Two games have been added to the Premium tier, while Vapor World: Over The Mind is now available for Ultimate tier and PC subscribers.
Vapor World: Over The Mind represents the day’s most significant addition to the service. However, the game’s launch has been marked by considerable controversy. Upon its release on Steam earlier today, the title garnered predominantly negative reviews from players, with much of the criticism centered on the game’s use of generative AI in its development. This reflects growing player concerns about AI-generated content in commercial gaming releases.
The Xbox Game Pass continues its regular cadence of new additions, though the service had experienced a quiet stretch in the preceding days. The service provides Xbox subscribers with access to a rotating library of games across various platforms and tiers, offering differentiated availability for Premium, Ultimate, and PC subscribers.
