Marvel’s Best Mobile Game Is About To Get Its Most Requested Feature
Marvel Snap, a mobile collectible card game based on Marvel Comics, will introduce a highly anticipated Draft mode on August 24, fulfilling a longstanding player request. This limited-time game mode significantly modifies the standard gameplay loops that define the core experience.
In Draft mode, players select a starter set of three cards aligned with different deck archetypes—destroy, ramp, move, or ongoing—before drafting seven additional cards. These drafted cards feature modified cost and power statistics tailored to the mode and may include special “augments” that grant additional abilities. Players must win five consecutive rounds to achieve victory, acquiring two more cards and augments after each successful round to progressively strengthen their deck.
The feature was revealed through an exclusive preview and interview with GameSpot, providing the community with comprehensive details about the mechanics and what players can expect from this addition to Marvel Snap’s feature set.
