These 10+ Commodore 64 Games Are Coming to PS5 Soon
A new retro compilation titled Cosmi: Forbidden Forest & Beyond is bringing more than 10 Commodore 64 games to PlayStation 5 in the coming months. The collection will include Paul Norman’s beloved 1983 home computer classic Forbidden Forest, alongside other notable titles from the influential 8-bit platform.
While PlayStation 5 has seen a proliferation of retro game compilations since its launch, Commodore 64-focused collections remain surprisingly rare on the console. This upcoming release represents a rare opportunity for modern players to experience authentic Commodore 64 gameplay without needing original hardware.
The Commodore 64, released in 1982, was one of the best-selling computer systems of all time and boasted an enormous library of games. The Cosmi collection specifically curates notable titles from this era, allowing contemporary audiences to engage with gaming history through official platform releases.
