Whack Snoop Dogg In Hitman’s New Elusive Target Mission
IO Interactive has announced a new Elusive Target mission for Hitman: World of Assassination titled “The Herbalist.” The limited-time mission features Dr. Cyrus Cane, a character voiced by and based on the likeness of rap legend Snoop Dogg. The mission will be available from August 27 to September 26, 2026, providing a one-month window for players to complete this exclusive challenge.
The Elusive Target takes place on Haven Island, one of Hitman’s featured stages. These missions are designed as time-limited challenges where players must eliminate specific targets under particular conditions, offering unique gameplay experiences and providing recurring incentives for the existing player community.
This entertainment crossover follows Snoop Dogg’s expanding presence in gaming, with the artist also set to appear in the upcoming title Stranger Than Heaven. The announcement reflects IO Interactive’s strategy of creating limited-time content featuring celebrity partnerships to maintain player engagement and generate buzz around the game.
