Exclusive: The Lancer TTRPG Is Getting New Hardcover Editions in 2027
Massif Press and Dark Horse Books are releasing two new hardcover editions for the Lancer tabletop RPG in March 2027, with preorders beginning immediately. The publications—Operation Fulcrum Dawn: Introductory Narrative Modules for Lancer and Lancer: Setting Guide Volume 1—are designed to complement the core rulebook that debuted in 2024.
Operation Fulcrum Dawn is a collection of introductory modules crafted to onboard new players into the TTRPG experience. The book includes multiple scenarios, with at least one confirmed module titled Operation Solstice Rain, which guides characters from License Level (LL) 0 to LL 2 across two missions. The Setting Guide Volume 1 provides additional worldbuilding and lore material for the game’s universe.
The announcement marks a significant expansion of Lancer’s physical product line, bringing professionally printed hardcover editions to enthusiasts and newcomers alike. These releases represent continued investment in the TTRPG space by both Massif Press and Dark Horse Books, signaling strong commercial confidence in Lancer’s growing player base.
