PS5, PS4 Beat-‘Em-Up Scott Pilgrim EX Grows with Both Free and Premium Content
Scott Pilgrim EX, the side-scrolling beat-’em-up developed by Tribute Games, is receiving new content updates that expand the game with both free and premium offerings. The updates include new game modes and playable characters, adding to the game’s existing roster. Released earlier in 2026, Scott Pilgrim EX has been praised for its retro-inspired visual style, responsive combat mechanics, and extensive references to Bryan Lee O’Malley’s acclaimed graphic novel series. The game continues to grow post-launch, following a live-service model that balances free accessibility with optional premium content additions, giving players ongoing reasons to return to the title.
