Mini Review: The Immortal John Triptych (Switch 2) - One Of The Funniest Games You’ll Ever Play
The Immortal John Triptych is a new collection bringing together three comedic adventure games developed by Joe Richardson, arriving on Switch 2. The bundle compiles Four Last Things, The Procession to Calvary, and Death of the Reprobate—titles originally released between 2017 and 2024—into a unified package that presents the definitive way to experience all three games together.
According to the review, The Immortal John Triptych stands out as exceptionally funny, drawing comparison to the acclaimed humor title Thank Goodness You’re Here. The games feature a distinctive visual style that may be unfamiliar to many players, though they incorporate recognizable artistic elements and references throughout. This unique aesthetic approach contributes significantly to the comedic impact of the collection.
The bundling of these three titles into a single package is highlighted as the ideal way to experience Richardson’s work, making it an excellent entry point for newcomers while also serving as a comprehensive collection for existing fans of the individual games.
