LEGO PlayStation Images Leak, Revealing Some Incredible PS1 Easter Eggs
The long-rumored LEGO PlayStation set has surfaced in leaked photos, offering the first detailed look at an impressive recreation of Sony’s iconic PS1 console. The images, reportedly discovered in a LEGO store and shared by reliable LEGO source Brick Tap, show the completed set with box packaging. According to the source, the set includes several clever PlayStation Easter eggs that celebrate the console’s retro heritage and gaming legacy.
Previous product listing leaks had already pointed to an October release window for the set. While LEGO has not yet made an official announcement, the timely emergence of these photos suggests a reveal may be imminent. Sony’s State of Play broadcast, scheduled for later this week, could potentially serve as the venue for an official unveiling, though this remains speculative at this point.
The LEGO PlayStation set represents growing consumer interest in collectible reconstructions of iconic gaming hardware. The PS1 continues to hold significant cultural value in gaming history, and a buildable recreation of the console appeals to longtime fans and collectors of gaming memorabilia.
