Gamecity Hamburg launches second round of prototype funding
Gamecity Hamburg has announced the second round of its prototype funding program, offering developers and gaming startups the opportunity to secure up to €80,000 in non-repayable funding. The initiative is designed to support the development of digital video games and is exclusively available to developers and development communities based in Hamburg or those planning to establish operations in the region.
To be eligible, applicants must complete a mandatory consultation with Gamecity Hamburg before submitting their applications. The submission deadline for the second round is September 24, 2026. Prospective applicants are required to provide a brief project outline as part of their application process.
