Expect Professor Layton News At Level-5’s Upcoming ‘Vision 2026 II’ Showcase
Level-5 has announced a second major showcase for 2026, titled “Level-5 Vision 2026 II,” scheduled for September 10th at 5 AM PT / 8 AM ET / 1 PM BST / 2 PM CEST. This follows the company’s April Vision event, which faced criticism for failing to provide substantial new information or concrete release dates.
The showcase is expected to feature news about the Professor Layton franchise, a significant draw for fans anticipating developments in the puzzle-adventure series. While specific details about the announcements remain unclear, the inclusion of Professor Layton suggests meaningful updates are planned.
Level-5’s decision to hold a second Vision event this year indicates the studio has accumulated enough new material to warrant another presentation. The announcement addresses previous criticism by suggesting a more substantial event than its April predecessor, with the studio aiming to deliver the information and release dates fans have been awaiting.
