Nvidia’s new RTX Spark laptops launch in October with two different configs

Nvidia has announced that its RTX Spark N1X laptops will launch in October with two different hardware configurations. The RTX Spark is an Arm-based chip that Nvidia unveiled over the summer, alongside the N1 chip which won’t be arriving until after this year.

The high-end RTX Spark N1X configuration targets laptops and desktop PCs, featuring up to 6,144 Blackwell RTX GPU cores, a 20-core Grace CPU, and unified memory options ranging from 24GB to 128GB. A second, more modest configuration is also being offered, tailored to mini PC and entry-level device requirements.

The launch lineup includes devices from major OEMs, with Lenovo bringing the Yoga 9n laptop and Acer offering a small form factor desktop PC to the market. Both will run Windows 11 and should begin shipping sometime in October 2026, with exact availability depending on the individual manufacturer.

The RTX Spark represents a significant shift in Nvidia’s strategy, bringing high-performance GPU capabilities to a broader range of consumer devices. The dual-configuration approach allows different OEMs and price points to be addressed with the same underlying architecture, making the technology accessible across different market segments for mainstream adoption.
