Samson Gets September Release Date & New Console Trailer For Xbox Series X|S
Samson, a vehicular action game that blends gameplay inspiration from Driver and Mad Max, is coming to Xbox Series X|S this September. The announcement comes with a new console trailer showcasing the port.
The game initially launched on PC earlier this year to a mixed reception, falling short of the considerable hype that had built around it pre-release. Despite the challenging launch, the developer remained committed to improving the title and bringing it to console platforms, fulfilling those promises with this September Xbox console debut.
The move to Xbox Series X|S represents a significant vote of confidence from the developer, suggesting they believe console optimization and the new platform will provide a fresh opportunity for the game to reach players who may have overlooked the PC version. The commitment to updates and improvements indicates an attempt to address the issues that led to the mixed critical and player reception on PC.
