Is WARDOGS on PlayStation or Xbox? Console Status & Platforms
WARDOGS, an upcoming first-person shooter from developer BULKHEAD, has generated significant player interest following a successful playtest. The game supports 100 players per lobby and emphasizes player freedom within a controlled sandbox-style environment, offering explosive gunfights and action-packed gameplay.
The game is currently under development with multi-platform ambitions. However, PlayStation players hoping to play on PS5 or PS4 will need to look elsewhere—the game is not currently available on either PlayStation console. BULKHEAD’s vision for WARDOGS appears focused on delivering a liberating yet balanced FPS experience that prioritizes player agency and satisfaction.
While the developer has expressed eagerness to bring the game to PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, the initial playtest phase has only confirmed its absence from PlayStation’s ecosystem so far. Players on other platforms remain keenly anticipating WARDOGS’ eventual release, with the strong playtest reception suggesting substantial demand for the title when it becomes available.
