My favorite gaming earbuds got their first discount
Asus’ Cetra Open wireless earbuds have received their first price discount, now available for $206.99—a $22 reduction from their previous pricing. These open-style gaming earbuds feature drivers positioned outside the ear canal, allowing ambient sound to naturally blend with audio from gaming consoles and other connected devices. This unique open design appeals to gamers who prefer to maintain awareness of their surroundings while playing or listening to podcasts.
The Cetra Open have earned positive reviews for their audio quality and respectable battery life. Beyond core performance, they offer surprisingly deep customization capabilities through dedicated mobile and browser-based applications, allowing gamers to fine-tune audio profiles and settings tailored to different games and content types.
The earbuds support a wide range of gaming platforms and devices, including PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android, making them versatile for both console and mobile gaming. The promotional discount is available at major retailers Amazon and Best Buy, marking the first opportunity for consumers to purchase these previously full-priced earbuds at a reduced cost.
