Sonic PICO PARK Set for November 12 Release
Sonic PICO PARK will launch on November 12, bringing a crossover between Sega’s Sonic franchise and the cooperative puzzle game Pico Park to multiple gaming platforms. The 8-player co-op adventure will be available on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series consoles.
Players will control Sonic characters including Knuckles, Amy, and Tails through puzzle challenges designed for collaborative gameplay. The crossover has been in development for several months, with playable demonstrations shown to media at Summer Game Fest, building excitement for the November release.
Sonic PICO PARK is one of several titles launching to commemorate Sonic the Hedgehog’s 35th anniversary. The multi-platform release strategy, including support for Nintendo Switch 2, ensures the game reaches audiences across both current and next-generation systems. This crossover represents a unique departure from Sonic’s traditional platformer identity, bringing the character roster into the cooperative puzzle-solving mechanics that define the Pico Park series.
