NBA The Run Announces 2000 Legends DLC Ahead Of Major Update
Play by Play Studios has announced that NBA The Run will receive its largest update to date on September 29, featuring the Wave One – 2000s Legends DLC pack. The expansion will introduce five of the most iconic basketball players from the 2000s era of professional play.
The legendary players joining the game are Allen Iverson (Philadelphia 76ers), Vince Carter (Toronto Raptors), Kevin Garnett (Minnesota Timberwolves), Tracy McGrady (Orlando Magic), and Dirk Nowitzki (Dallas Mavericks). These additions represent some of the NBA’s biggest names and most influential players from that decade, each known for their significant impact on the sport during their respective careers.
Players will be able to unlock each legendary player for 5,000 CRED, the game’s in-game currency that can be earned through regular gameplay rather than requiring real-money purchases. The update marks the beginning of what appears to be an ongoing series of legend additions to NBA The Run. Full patch notes and additional details about the Wave One update are expected to be released ahead of the September 29 launch date.
