Here are our PS Plus Premium and Extra games for September
Sony has announced the game lineup for PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra subscribers for September, featuring eight new titles and one exclusive to the PS Premium tier. The games will roll out throughout the month, starting with Date Everything on September 9th and concluding with a batch of releases on September 29th.
The September lineup includes RuneScape: Dragonwilds (September 15th), WWE 2K26 (September 15th), Slitterhead (September 22nd), Ball x Pit (September 22nd), Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound (September 29th), Dungeons of Hinterberg (September 29th), and Sniper Elite: Resistance (September 29th). PS Premium subscribers will additionally receive Mega Man X Command Mission on September 15th.
The selection spans multiple genres, from action titles like Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound and Sniper Elite: Resistance to sports and MMO games with WWE 2K26 and RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Most titles are available on both PS4 and PS5, with some PS5-exclusive entries.
However, the announcement notably lacks a major flagship title to headline the month’s offerings. The comparison to last month’s “Big Walk” highlights that September’s additions, while diverse and potentially appealing to different player preferences, don’t feature a particularly prominent or anticipated release. This modest lineup may disappoint subscribers expecting a blockbuster addition to the service, though the spread of releases throughout the month provides regular reasons to check the service for new content.
