Magic The Gathering’s Jace Has Turned Into A Flock Camera In This New Card
Magic: The Gathering’s highly anticipated “Reality Fracture” set is entering spoiler season ahead of its October 2 release. This multiversal expansion serves as the culmination of the Trading Card Game’s three-year narrative arc, featuring a story set in an alternate universe called the Echoverse.
In this reality, Planeswalker Jace Beleren has unilaterally “fixed” the world according to his vision, creating a perfectly curated but hostile environment entirely shaped by his will. The set’s narrative centers on conflict between Jace’s idealistic but tyrannical world and efforts by other Lorwyn Planeswalkers to dismantle his creation.
Wizards of the Coast exclusively revealed three cards to GameSpot: Surveillance Phantasm, Silence the Echo, and Chandra’s Emberling. Each illustrates pivotal moments from Reality Fracture’s recently concluded 10-part story. The reveal marks the official start of spoiler season, allowing players to gradually discover new cards and story developments before launch.
