Destined For Glory Team 1 In EA FC 27 Ultimate Team—Leaked Players, Upgrade Path & Start Date
EA Sports has announced “Destined for Glory,” the inaugural seasonal promotion for EA FC 27. The promo will feature player cards selected through community voting, with an emphasis on athletes expected to have a significant impact during the upcoming football season.
The promotion introduces live player cards with dynamic upgrade potential throughout the season, making them valuable long-term additions to Ultimate Team squads. This upgrade mechanism encourages players to invest in these cards early, as their ratings may improve based on real-world performance and achievements. Players meeting specific performance thresholds can see their cards upgraded dynamically.
Destined for Glory is scheduled to launch on September 25, 2026, at 6 PM BST. Positioned as the first major seasonal event for EA FC 27, it establishes the foundation for the title’s live-service calendar throughout the year. The inclusion of fan-voted players aims to create a meaningful community connection, while the upgrade path provides ongoing engagement incentives that extend well beyond the initial launch window.
