Poll: Are You Playing Marvel’s Wolverine on PS5?
Marvel’s Wolverine, the action game developed by Insomniac Games, has launched today on PlayStation 5. The game represents the culmination of what has been an extended development cycle—the title was first announced back in 2021 through a brief teaser trailer centered on the character’s iconic claws.
The lengthy wait between announcement and release underscores the ambition and scope of Insomniac’s approach to bringing Marvel’s mutant hero to players. As a PlayStation 5 exclusive, Marvel’s Wolverine continues the tradition of major developers crafting flagship action experiences for Sony’s console. Insomniac Games, known for acclaimed franchises including Spider-Man and Ratchet & Clank, brings its considerable expertise in action game design to the Wolverine property. For PlayStation 5 owners, the arrival marks a significant addition to the console’s exclusive game library.
