Activision Blizzard sued by former employee over sexual harassment
A former Activision Blizzard employee who worked at the Microsoft subsidiary for 14 years has filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, misconduct, and retaliation. Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the complaint accuses 10 men of sexual misconduct at the video game publisher.
The employee, referred to as Jane Doe in reporting by the LA Times, alleges that Activision Blizzard fostered and tolerated a pervasive “frat boy” workplace culture. She claims to have witnessed male employees and supervisors openly objectifying women during her tenure at the company, which develops major franchises including World of Warcraft and Call of Duty.
