Baldur’s Gate 3 Officially Adds 19 Game-Breaking Options for Console Players
Larian Studios has released a batch of 19 approved mods for Baldur’s Gate 3 on console platforms, marking the longest gap between mod drops in recent memory. The new collection brings several notable features to Xbox and PlayStation players, including the ability to recruit Sazza, a goblin scout character who previously always departed after encounters.
The update introduces various gameplay and cosmetic enhancements across the title. Key additions include the option to ensure Minthara is knocked unconscious rather than killed during Act 1’s goblin camp encounter, hand-drawn tattoo options for Shadowheart, and photo posing mechanics for Dame Aylin. The collection also features a comedic addition in the form of a frog wielding a greatsword.
This console mod release continues Larian’s commitment to expanding post-launch content for Baldur’s Gate 3, giving console players access to community-created modifications that enhance both gameplay mechanics and character customization options.
