Insider Gaming’s ongoing investigation has examined extensive internal documentation spanning three and a half years of the game’s development, including tens of thousands of internal messages, budget documents, executed contracts, and federal trademark filings. While some of Vallely’s claims are corroborated by this evidence, several of his central assertions are directly contradicted by his own internal messages, raising significant questions about the accuracy and transparency of his public statements regarding the game’s development process.
