New Pokemon Plane Looks Incredible, Even Includes Themed Cups And Napkins
All Nippon Airways (ANA) has unveiled a specially themed Pokemon aircraft to commemorate the franchise’s 30th anniversary in 2026. The “Green Pokemon Jet” made its maiden flight from Tokyo’s Haneda Airport to Honolulu today following an official launch ceremony.
The aircraft features extensive Pokemon branding both outside and in the cabin. The exterior displays a wrap-around design showcasing iconic Pokemon including Pikachu, Bulbasaur, and Brewt—a newer pocket monster appearing in the upcoming game Winds and Waves. Beyond the exterior design, the interior of the plane includes Pokemon-themed amenities such as specially branded headrest covers, paper cups, and napkins to enhance the passenger experience throughout the flight.
This partnership represents a significant cross-promotional collaboration between ANA and The Pokemon Company, leveraging the enduring popularity of the gaming franchise in Japan and globally.
