“Undefeated: Genesis,” an action RPG, has released a new playable demo showcasing its superhero-inspired gameplay mechanics. The game follows Albert Haltree (Al), a protagonist who mysteriously awakens on the alien world of Voltissia with extraordinary superpowers, drawing thematic parallels to Superman’s own extraterrestrial origin story.
The demo reveals Al’s diverse combat arsenal, which includes flight, devastating energy beams fired from his eyes, magical orb projectiles launched from his hands, and a protective barrier system. The barrier mechanic is notably reminiscent of the AT fields from the anime “Neon Genesis Evangelion.” A defining feature of Al’s power set is the ability to deploy all these abilities simultaneously while airborne, enabling dynamic and versatile aerial combat scenarios that fully embrace the superhero fantasy experience.
