Life-Sim MMO ‘Loftia’ Enters Early Access on November 3rd
Qloud Games has announced that Loftia, the studio’s debut cozy life-sim title, will enter early access on PC on November 3rd. The game is a solarpunk MMO that prioritizes non-combat gameplay and community cooperation, offering players a relaxing online experience.
Instead of traditional combat mechanics, Loftia focuses on creative and cooperative activities. Players can build and customize homes, explore a large game world, manage farm systems, and embark on cooperative adventures with others. The game emphasizes working together to improve the world around you, creating a shared sense of purpose within the community.
According to co-founder Michael Su, Loftia began as a personal vision: “We wanted a relaxing online world we could escape to with our friends – a third space with a welcoming community, things to do, and a home we could keep.” This philosophy appears to define the game’s design approach, centering on creating a peaceful, inclusive space for players seeking an alternative to traditional competitive gaming experiences.
