Fortnite Fans Only Have Limited Time to Play the Toy Story 5 Map and Get all the Collectibles
Epic Games and Disney have launched a limited-time Fortnite Creative Map celebrating Toy Story 5. Running from September 22 through October 5, players can access “The Great Toy Rescue” using the code 6059-3243-8283 to enter the experience.
The map’s premise involves the beloved Toy Story characters—Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, Hamm, Rex, and Forky—mysteriously disappearing through a rift from Bonnie’s room and becoming scattered across various Fortnite islands. Players must explore these islands to locate each toy, collect items and memories associated with them, and successfully return all of them home.
This collaboration marks another partnership between Epic Games and Disney, following previous character crossovers in Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode. However, this iteration uses Fortnite’s Creative tools to offer players a dedicated map and story experience rather than simple cosmetic additions. The limited-time availability creates urgency for players to complete the rescue mission and gather all collectibles within the two-week window before the map becomes unavailable.
