In Saraab: Beyond The Veil, Your Inner Demons Are Coming For You This November

Saraab: Beyond The Veil, an Arabian folklore-inspired psychological horror visual novel, is set to release on PC via Steam and Itch.io on November 3, 2026. Developed by solo developer Lubna Ahmed, the game follows Elham, a schoolgirl whose brother has been mysteriously kidnapped. To rescue him, Elham must confront her inner demons—externalized as monsters born from her own psyche. The narrative centers on themes of healing and self-discovery as players unlock the powers of Elham’s bloodline and uncover the truth about her identity.

The game combines horror storytelling with elements of personal growth, challenging players to face psychological obstacles reflected through Arabian folklore. A playable demo will be available during October’s Steam Next Fest, allowing players to experience the game before its full release. With its focus on narrative-driven horror and emotional depth, Saraab: Beyond The Veil offers an introspective take on the horror genre, blending cultural influences with psychological themes.
