This Diablo 4 Trick Lets You Become Stronger Than Ever, But It Might Not Be Intended
Diablo 4 Season 15 has introduced a dramatic shift in character progression, allowing players to equip full sets of Mythic Unique gear and achieve unprecedented power levels. This represents one of the most significant changes between seasons in Diablo 4’s history.
The change directly contradicts Season 14’s mechanics, when Blizzard implemented a restriction limiting players to equipping only one crafted Mythic Unique item at a time, regardless of available resources like Resplendent Sparks. That craftable tag was designed to prevent players from stacking multiple Mythic items, forcing them to rely on natural drops from gameplay for additional powerful gear.
However, Season 15 appears to have removed or significantly altered this restriction, enabling characters to now equip multiple Mythic Uniques simultaneously. This has created an unusual situation where players can construct extremely powerful builds far beyond what was previously possible.
The community remains uncertain whether this represents an intentional design decision by Blizzard or an unintended oversight. If intentional, it marks a major shift in Diablo 4’s balance philosophy toward greater season-over-season power progression. If unintended, it could signal a bug in the seasonal update that Blizzard may need to address.
