Hell Is Us Delays Switch 2 Port and Major Update
Rogue Factor has announced a two-week delay for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Hell Is Us, now scheduled to launch on October 27. The studio attributed the postponement to distribution and logistics issues rather than technical problems with the port itself, emphasizing that the game remains “solid and stable” for the Switch 2 release.
The delay coincides with a crowded September release window and will allow the team to address supply chain challenges. Notably, a major update for all platforms will also launch on October 27, giving players across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox new content alongside the Switch 2 debut.
Hell Is Us originally released in September 2025 and has since been made available on additional platforms, including PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass, expanding its audience significantly. The game has earned “very positive” ratings on Steam and critical praise for its story-driven experience, positioning the Switch 2 launch as an important expansion for the title’s reach.
The October 27 release date gives Rogue Factor time to ensure a smooth launch while the coordinated major update demonstrates the developer’s commitment to keeping the game fresh across all platforms during this period.
