Poll: What Do You Think Of Dune: Awakening On Xbox Game Pass So Far?
Dune: Awakening has officially joined Xbox Game Pass, marking another notable addition to the subscription service’s growing catalog. The launch comes during a particularly active period for Game Pass, with other titles like Well Dweller also receiving strong critical reception.
The game’s arrival on Game Pass follows a hands-off preview at Summer Game Fest 2024, where it demonstrated ambitious gameplay but suffered from substantial technical issues. At that preview stage, the build was notably buggy, raising concerns among observers about whether the title could run smoothly on Xbox consoles. The game’s official release on Game Pass indicates that these performance and stability concerns were addressed during final development.
The availability on Game Pass has prompted community discussion about the game’s quality and value as a subscription addition. The launch highlights Xbox’s ongoing strategy of bringing new releases to Game Pass to expand the service’s appeal and provide value to its subscriber base.
