Monster Hunter Outlanders Launch Date Revealed
Monster Hunter Outlanders will launch globally on October 29, 2026, as a mobile-exclusive title developed by TiMi Studio Group in collaboration with Capcom. A separate mainland China version is scheduled for 2027. Pre-registration is currently available on the App Store and Google Play.
TiMi, the Shenzhen-based developer owned by Tencent, has adapted Monster Hunter’s core gameplay loop for mobile platforms. The game features the series’ signature hunting and combat mechanics alongside crafting and exploration systems. Players will create original characters called Adventurers rather than using established Monster Hunter protagonists.
To accommodate different player bases, Outlanders includes two distinct control schemes—one designed for Monster Hunter veterans and another tailored for mobile-first players new to the franchise. This dual-control approach reflects TiMi’s experience developing successful mobile titles, including Honor of Kings, Call of Duty Mobile, and Delta Force.
The announcement comes nearly two years after the game’s initial reveal, marking another major mobile expansion for the Monster Hunter franchise.
