Reacher Season 6 Confirmed While Season 5 Is Still in Production
Amazon has greenlit Season 6 of its Jack Reacher adaptation while Season 5 remains in active production. The renewal decision follows strong viewership performance for Season 4, which reached 66 million viewers within 28 days of its Prime Video release, ranking it among the platform’s top five most-watched original series seasons. The show has accumulated 200 million global viewers since its launch.
Based on Lee Child’s bestselling Jack Reacher novel series, with each season adapting individual books, the show continues to capitalize on the growing prominence of lead actor Alan Ritchson. Ritchson is currently filming Season 5 in Toronto. The renewal underscores Amazon’s confidence in the adaptation’s commercial viability and audience engagement, with the greenlighting of future seasons occurring even as production on the current installment proceeds.
