AION 2 Global Launch Release Date and Times—Founder’s Pack Explained
AION 2, a free-to-play MMORPG from publisher NC, is launching globally on October 5, 2026, after being available exclusively in South Korea and Taiwan since November 2025. The game will release on PC with launch times across multiple regions: 6 AM PDT, 9 AM EDT, 1 PM UTC, 2 PM BST, and 3 PM CEST.
Prior to the full global launch, the game is currently in early access for players who have purchased the Founder’s Pack or similar paid options. This early access phase has already proved successful, with AION 2 claiming the top spot on Steam’s sales charts despite server issues affecting early players and generating some negative reviews. NC has been working to stabilize the infrastructure in response.
The strong player interest during early access demonstrates demand for the massive open-world title as it competes in the live-service gaming landscape. The transition from regional exclusivity to global availability represents a major expansion for the NC-published title, bringing the game to millions of potential players worldwide.
