2024’s Funniest Movie Is Now Streaming on Dropout
Hundreds of Beavers, a 2024 silent comedy film, is now available to stream on Dropout for subscribers. Polygon named it the funniest movie of 2024, praising it as a modern take on classic silent comedies from Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton, filtered through the logic and sensibility of video games.
The film became one of the year’s biggest cult comedy discoveries following its theatrical and VOD releases. Its absurdist humor and inventive visual comedy align well with Dropout’s existing slate of unconventional comedy content, including shows like Game Changer and Make Some Noise, which give comedians room to push into increasingly ridiculous territory.
The addition of Hundreds of Beavers to Dropout’s library represents the streaming service’s continued strategy of curating distinctive comedy content that appeals to audiences seeking weird and experimental humor. The film is now freely accessible to all Dropout subscribers, potentially introducing the cult classic to a wider audience.
