Pokemon Go October 2026 Events: Raids, Spotlight Hours, Halloween, And More
Pokemon Go is gearing up for a busy October 2026, continuing its Twilight Trails season with a slate of themed events and new content additions. The mobile game is preparing players for the spooky season with multiple Halloween-themed celebrations scheduled for the month, including a special Zorua Community Day that will spotlight this Ghost/Normal-type Pokemon.
Beyond the holiday-focused content, Niantic is bringing back several legendary and Mega Pokemon to Raid Battles throughout the month, giving players opportunities to catch powerful creatures. Fall-themed Pokemon are taking center stage during the game’s monthly Spotlight Hours events, allowing players to encounter and capture seasonal pocket monsters.
October will also mark the debut of several new Pokemon in the game, including Bramblin, a newly available monster, and Gigantamax Cinderace, offering players fresh roster additions and forms to pursue. Additionally, Pokemon Go is tying into the real-world World Space Week event with the introduction of Astronaut Pikachu, a special variant that celebrates space exploration.
The lineup demonstrates Niantic’s ongoing strategy of maintaining player engagement through seasonal events, tie-ins with cultural moments, and regular content updates. By combining Halloween celebrations with space-themed promotions and new Pokemon debuts, the October event calendar offers varied activities to appeal to different player interests. The continuation of the Twilight Trails season provides an overarching narrative context for the month’s activities, creating a cohesive seasonal experience for the Pokemon Go community.
