Secretlab ATLAS Dune+ Review
Polygon reviews the Secretlab ATLAS Dune+, a premium ergonomic gaming chair designed with extensive focus on spinal health and posture support. The reviewer upgraded from a budget chair and found the ATLAS to be notably comfortable while providing customizable adjustments suited to different body types.
Secretlab differentiates itself through comprehensive user education, providing detailed guidance on proper assembly and sitting technique. The manufacturer’s commitment to ergonomic science is evident in the extensive documentation and setup process, which the reviewer humorously describes as “graduating sitting school.”
The chair successfully addresses postural concerns, though the reviewer notes an amusing psychological adjustment to the emphasis on proper sitting form. The ATLAS represents a significant upgrade in seating quality for those transitioning from budget alternatives, combining comfort with serious attention to spinal alignment and long-term health benefits for extended computer use.
