Reacher Spinoff Neagley Officially Returning for Season 2
Prime Video has officially renewed Neagley, its first spinoff from the hit series Reacher, for a second season. The announcement follows strong viewership numbers for the eight-episode crime drama, which premiered on September 16 and has become the platform’s No. 1 show within two weeks. The streaming service reported that Neagley reached 40 million viewers in its first 13 days, making it Prime Video’s fourth most-watched series. The renewal comes as part of Amazon MGM Studios’ expansion of the “Reacher-verse,” with the main Reacher series also confirmed for a sixth season. The spinoff’s success appears to have benefited from its timing, arriving the same day Reacher season 4 concluded, providing audiences with fresh content and keeping momentum within the expanded franchise. Neagley follows a protagonist from the original Reacher universe, capitalizing on the Alan Ritchson-led series’ established popularity.
