Eight Xbox Games Are Available Today, Including A Good Reason To Get Out Of Detention (October 2)
Eight games launched on Xbox on October 2, 2026, marking a quieter release day compared to October 1. Among the notable releases is Double Fine’s Keeper, which transitioned from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to Game Pass Premium, making it newly available to Premium tier subscribers. The lineup includes a game with detention-themed gameplay, offering players an alternative reason to engage with school-based scenarios. While October 2 saw fewer major releases than the previous day, the day still provided gaming options for Xbox players across various genres.
