A Beloved Critical Role Cast Member Will Officially Miss Campaign 4 for a Long Time
Critical Role cast member Travis Willingham will miss Campaign 4 for an extended period following his character’s death in the campaign. His character, Teor Pridesire, died alongside his brother Cyd during a battle in the crypts of the Tachonis estate in episode 30, titled “Here in the Dark.” Willingham did not appear in episode 31, the final episode of that story arc.
When Campaign 4 resumed with a new arc on August 27 after a hiatus for Age of Umbra: Sallowlands, Willingham remained absent. While fans had anticipated his return with a new character following his character’s death, he has not yet rejoined the 13-player cast. Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has continued the campaign with the remaining cast members during Willingham’s absence.
