Disney Makes WandaVision Episodes Free Ahead of Marvel’s Next Big Show
Disney is making the first three episodes of WandaVision available for free on YouTube ahead of the October 2026 premiere of VisionQuest on Disney+. The strategy is designed to reacquaint audiences with the Marvel Cinematic Universe series before the finale of a related trilogy.
WandaVision, which debuted on Disney+ in 2021, was the MCU’s first streaming series. It follows Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) in the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame, exploring their mysterious suburban life. The show notably features Vision alive and well, despite his death at Thanos’s hands in Avengers: Infinity War.
The interconnected trilogy consists of WandaVision (2021), Agatha All Along (2024), and VisionQuest, which will conclude the narrative arc. By releasing the opening episodes free on YouTube, Disney is ensuring viewers are caught up with the story before the trilogy’s conclusion arrives on Disney+ this month.
