Nintendo releases free Hello, Peach! and Hello, Luigi! apps for children, joining its Mario and Yoshi ones
Nintendo has released two new free mobile applications—Hello, Peach! and Hello, Luigi!—expanding its collection of touch-screen experiences designed for children. These additions join existing apps in Nintendo’s “Hello” lineup, which previously included Hello, Mario! and Hello, Yoshi!
Each app in the series features interactive touch-screen mechanics that enable young players to engage directly with these iconic Nintendo characters. Rather than traditional gameplay, these applications focus on character interaction and exploration, making them accessible to very young children still developing their digital literacy skills.
This collection represents Nintendo’s continued investment in mobile entertainment for younger audiences. By maintaining a free-to-play model across all four applications, Nintendo provides accessible content for families while keeping experiences simple and character-focused, suitable for early childhood development.
The app series demonstrates Nintendo’s strategy of extending its marquee intellectual properties—particularly the Mario franchise—across multiple platforms beyond dedicated gaming hardware. The mobile market remains a natural expansion point for the company’s character-driven portfolio, complementing its traditional Switch and home console offerings.
