Disney Plus Set as Official Streaming Home of Super Bowl 2027

Disney Plus will serve as the official streaming home for Super Bowl LXI on February 14, 2027, marking a significant expansion of Disney’s role in NFL coverage. In partnership with ESPN and the NFL, this represents the first-ever Super Bowl to be produced and broadcast by ESPN.

The streaming strategy reflects the NFL’s emphasis on reaching a global audience. While Disney Plus will carry the game, it won’t be an exclusive arrangement—Super Bowl LXI will simultaneously air on ESPN and ABC, ensuring traditional television access alongside streaming options. The broadcast will feature veteran commentators Joe Buck and Troy Aikman in the booth, with sideline reporters Liza Salters and Laura Rutledge providing additional coverage.

Demonstrating the NFL’s commitment to international viewership, Disney Plus will stream the Super Bowl across more than 55 international markets. This expansion aligns with the league’s broader initiative to hold regular-season games in multiple countries throughout 2026, including Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Mexico. The streaming partnership specifically includes coverage in several of these markets, with Australia and Brazil confirmed as recipients of the Disney Plus broadcast.
